Cant wait to see the podium get it's cladding. Going to look awesome!

This podium exterior is exciting with the 'binary code' thing going on the front!

There is the map, but I think the vertical lines also form a barcode or a binary code or something

Come again?

Edit Reason: clarity

The vertical grey lines the map is on also apparently contain an encoded message. The easiest form of encoding would be ASCII-encoded bytes, with each bit represented by a vertical bar whose value is determined by thickness (thin = 0, thick = 1).
My source for the existence of a message is Spoke's post upthread. Speculation regarding encoding method is entirely mine.

Yah I recall reading about that. So behind the 'map' façade is the parking garage then? Man that looks like a beautiful building in the renderings.

Thanks for clarifying my less than eloquent way of describing it hahaha (09-13-2019, 01:47 PM)Coke6pk Wrote:(09-13-2019, 11:31 AM)Momo26 Wrote: Come again? Also worth noting that the dark wall on the second floor will now be residential units (like floors 3-4).

This picture from the Charlie West floorplan shows the layout on floor 2. The shaded part on the left is the parking garage, beside the Manulife building. It's the same layout as floors 3-5, so it would be really strange to have one floor of parking that extended all the way to the Gaukel when the rest of the parking garage didn't. It'd be sandwiched right between the retail and residential floors. |
