Edit: I didnt realize the video from the tweet was playing on repeat and was thinking, my goodness how many trains are they testing at the same time and why the hell are they so close??

Despite my retweet, that story is a bit overhyped - this is a new model from Alstom, but it has a lot of established design behind it. It's still news that there are delays associated with it.

The fact they have so few vehicles available is what’s alarming.
We actually have a higher percentage of our fleet available for testing and training.
