Ouch!!!
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/ottawa/ot...-1.5017483 But no matter, I’m sure Metrolinx will still continue to flaunt their new French boyfriend around, saying how much better he is than their hard-working husband who’s just trying to keep a roof over their heads.

I'm still not sold on the fact that Ottawa's line opens before ours.

But is it a fact?

Is what a fact?
Neither line has or has ever had an official opening date. I’m with Spokes!

Despite my retweet, that story is a bit overhyped - this is a new model from Alstom, but it has a lot of established design behind it. It's still news that there are delays associated with it.

The fact they have so few vehicles available is what’s alarming.
We actually have a higher percentage of our fleet available for testing and training.
Quote: "France-based company Alstom, a member of Rideau Transit Group — the SNC Lavalin-led consortium building the 13-station Confederation Line — is supplying the trains for the project."
Well....what could possibly go wrong? |
