The NIMBY in me wishes councillors would have rejected the 4am - midnight construction hours for Tek, too.

Not sure we've heard them at 4am sharp, but those hours were in their letter Tek #519, and last year they might have had an approved exemption up on noise bylaws site? They definitely start before 7am though.
