Duke St is small has nearly not waiting room you have to go up the elevator. Parking is nearly impossible to find but it is close to transit. As I recall there wasn't very many service counter spots either
The Duke St location was seldom very busy, but I wonder if they will be expanding it? Parking is abundant nearby (the Duke St garage is across the street), although as often as not I'm able to find street parking when I'm down that way. The surprise for me is that the province would favour a Downtown location over one out in the burbs - it's kind of refreshing!
