Yes, I like the way the old house (or at least its shell) is incorporated. I wish some of the original roof structure had been kept, but I don’t blame them — that top apartment would have been much harder to fit in or might not have worked at all. Even the way it has been done I think it is a much more interesting building than if it was 100% new.
