Waterloo Region reported 20 new cases for today (16.4% of the active cases) and none more for yesterday for 16; 99 new cases for the week (+2 from yesterday and -37 from last week), averaging 10.5% of active cases. 128 active cases, -26 in the last seven days.

4,616 doses of vaccine administered, with a seven-day average at 4,694 (previous week was 5,828). 67.89% of total regional population vaccinated (+0.11% since yesterday, +1.42% from 7 days ago), 56.06% fully vaccinated (+0.64% since yesterday, +5.30% from 7 days ago).
Ontario reported 218 new cases today -- first time to 200+ in three weeks -- with a seven-day average of 165 (+4), compared to 156 a week ago. 169 recoveries and three deaths translated to an increase of 46 active cases and a new total of 1,424. +61 active cases for the week and 21 deaths (three per day). 19,425 tests with a positivity rate of 1.12%.
