I did spot 144/155 on the project list, I expect they should be moved to the completed buildings list.

As Charles is architecturally topped out shall we move it to completed?

Generally when its topped out I switch it from being marked as under construction (U/C) to topped out (T/O) and then complete once the whole building is open for occupancy
