Waterloo Region reported 56 new cases for today (10.7% of the active cases).  433 new cases for the week (-8), averaging 10.9% of active cases. 458 active cases (-122 in the last seven days).

An average of 1,866 tests/day for the past week, for an average positivity rate of 3.39%, a significant improvement (albeit through increased testing).

Ontario reported 1,676 new cases today with a seven-day average of 1,810 (-10). 1,549 recoveries and 10 deaths translated to an increase of 117 active cases, and a current total of 16,151. +1,587 active cases for the week and 145 deaths. 39,198 tests resulted in a 4.28% positivity rate. The positivity rate is averaging 3.62% for the past seven days, as compared to 3.72% for the preceding seven.
