Does "Convenience" have some sort of relationship to wine or alcohol that I'm not familiar with? Seems like an odd name. Either way, I hope the typo on their application doesn't cause them trouble 
We need more "hole in the wall"s of every kind. Unfortunately, I think high rents make those kinds of tiny businesses impractical. Some of the best food I've had in my life have been in places I could barely fit in.
