It's nice that it's street-facing and not separated from the intersection by a sea of parking. Does anyone know if a site plan is available anywhere?

Indeed, that is an improvement, although it matches the former Chapters across the street, which looks better than it is, while the building is physically at the street, there is no activation of the street because there is no access to the building except off the parking lot.

I cannot tell if the same will be true here though.
