Waterloo Region reported 17 new cases for today (14.5% of the active cases). 109 new cases for the week (+10), averaging 15.3% of active cases. 123 active cases (+16 in the last seven days).
Next testing report on Tuesday.
Ontario reported 948 new cases today with a seven-day average of 904 (+13). 826 recoveries and seven deaths translated to an increase of 115 active cases, and a current total of 8,096, yet another milestone blown past. +710 active cases for the week, and 53 deaths. 27,908 tests resulted in a 3.40% positivity rate. The positivity rate is averaging 2.75% for the past seven days.
ICU patient count is up to 75 (+3).
I don't like the local Waterloo trend, not at all, even if it's only a gradual increase rather than a sharp spike.
