14 and 25 floors

 Kinda surprised to see just 14 floors for any new tower planned in DTK these days. Feel like 20+ is the expectation. 

Also, how times have changed that that's a thing to say.

Don't forget, these units are at the fringe of a much larger planned complex. What's to come will surely be larger.
