There was an article on this project in yesterday's Record: "Neighbours decry proposed Waterloo highrise as ‘Titanic on a postage stamp’ "

It appears that the planning department is recommending a maximum of six stories (the existing building is seven). The developer has appealed to LPAT, which is now back to using the old OMB rules.

There is also a new (?) render in the article, as seen from the back of the property:
