If you are on this website, no doubt you have played Sim City in the past. I wanted to play the reboot in 2013, however it was mired in technical and gameplay difficulties and was effectively branded a failure by the market. It is coincidence that their publisher, EA laid off their entire Sim City studio (RIP Maxis)  as this game launches to good reviews. 

I support Paradox and their games are fun and generally error free for the most part. 

If you are interested in checking this game out, it is available on Steam.
