Also of note, they have only spent 3/4 of the land acquisition budget and have paid for about 1/2 of the vehicles so far (as of 31-Oct-2017).
Thanks for the up-to-date numbers. Re: land acquisition, at this point I’m guessing that it’s mostly that they ended up spending less than originally thought? It seems there can’t be much if any more land acquisition to complete.
