Former Kitchener Frame Property

One swallow does not a summer make, but that is better than what I expected to see there. I wonder where exactly on the site this building will be located?

As an aside, it's beyond fabulous to know that this building won't just be new, it will be "ultra new"! And with "one of the most complete compliments (sic) of medical services and professions...". Semi-literate marketing spiel is lots of fun! Although one doesn't know what to make of the reference to "200 thousand acres".
