For first years, the safe bet is always residence.

I would expect these developments to catch 2nd year students more often, and it's entirely likely that they would have missed the news about these kinds of developments getting delayed. The news of delays always hits in September, and when you're a frosh, you have way too much going on in your first September.

Sage 2 was delayed in 2015. Also, the Record has a story about 1 Columbia move in delays dated September 2014: https://www.therecord.com/news-story/483...f-housing/

I'm not sure if they have mis-dated it, it if that makes 4 consecutive years of move in delays.
