I like how there's temporary space being afforded to tenants who would otherwise find it out of reach, such as the former Carbon Computing spot by Kitchener City Hall, but I think that for something like Vidyard's office, where there's space for 300 and with only 80 employees, soon to grow to 150, the street frontage here would be a great place to give back to the community by similarly making good use of extra space. I don't know what they put in these offices, so long as it's not like the last mostly-empty employer I was at: We had twelve window offices empty as we worked in cubeville, and each one had a different board game set up in it, so one day we could continue our game of Risk at lunch, and another day we could move to a different game. This was near Pearson, on a second floor, so not the same opportunity as Vidyard has.
