They are not completely ugly designs, but god could they have picked a more boring colour palette for the buildings other than the red one. they are the melba toast of buildings. Which is sad to say is a net positive for our Region based on what VIVE has been putting out lately.
I think they somewhat work because they are mid-rises. These are the same building footprints/ designs as they did at Barrel Yards and those look hideous.
