Too bad it wasn't sold at the height of the market. I can't see anything being built here for at least a decade, unless Vive buys it and builds a grey precast prison. Maybe the City or Region should look at buying these properties. If they could somehow buy up the whole block and building an urban park that would look great.

I think the asking price is much higher than what Vive would want to spend.

And probably also much higher than the city would want to spend on parkland. About 40m x 100m isn't really much of a park, anyway.
