The Inclusive on Courtland | 38, 34, 30 & 29 fl | Proposed
This has an SPA now, I think ac3r mentioned it in the general thread awhile ago.

"Phase 1 of the overall development  consisting of 592 dwelling units within a 36-storey tower on a five (5) storey podium with eight (8) commercial suites facing Courtland Avenue. Phase 1 represents the initial stage of a five-phase comprehensive mixed-use development proposed for the subject lands as per the conceptual master plan."

Keep in mind this is one of the projects Vive has put on hold given the water supply issue.
