Kitchener Inclusionary Zoning update coming December 1, 2025
Staff are presenting a report to Kitchener City Council on the Inclusionary Zoning project on December 1, 2025. We will share the findings of a report on local market conditions and recommend next steps for Inclusionary Zoning implementation. For more details, please view the 2025 Residential Market Update.
