The approved development maintains the old office building and warehouse. Unless something has been modified since ZBA/OPA it should be staying, there isn't any demolition permits pending for those buildings, so it's more than likely The Record being incompetent.

They now have removed all the wood boards on the windows.  Either they are getting ready to renovate or demolish,  Ha ha, who knows.

There is no demolition permit for the old office building beyond the permit they originally got in 2019. Permit 19-127375 "Permit is for removal of interior partitions and finishes to the 7 storey office building facing Courtland Ave".

There is no new permit applications beyond those for the 3 apartment buildings.
