For those interested they still don't have a permit in place, however Kitchener's system doesn't show conditional permits from my understanding.

With that said they have now started the tower. It's being built with precast likely supplied by Stubbes. It's up to the second tower floor already (as of Thursday).

So is the 3rd part of this development going to be precast also?  Also from the render is the 3rd part going to be on the Ottawa side or closer to the Borden side?

The third part will be on the Borden side of the site.

The third part is very likely to be precast. There isn't a benefit of doing cast in place over precast for the couple of floors of that small third section.
