Here's the site with the crane, the crane that is up is way taller than required for an 8 floor building, generally when this happens its to allow a future crane (this will likely have three in total) to pass underneath so the jibs don't hit. The second cranes base is installed in the foundation, they're just waiting on concrete now.

Cool. Although I think this project is filled with ugly looking buildings, it is neat to see a site with more than one (1) crane on it. Large scale developments in the GTA almost always have a couple cranes on site.   I thought station park was going to have two (2) or three (3) cranes at a time, but they really stuck to the phased approach.

I think if Covid didn't hit (and the condo crash, which I don't know if they are linked) we would have seen 3 cranes at Station Park and IN8 would probably have started the Queen Street and Charles Street Towers and alot of more cranes and developments.
