I don't have a picture, but it looks like they're working on the 3rd floor. I had no idea they were that far along already!

The concrete forming contractor on this is Reimar, they're known in the industry to absolutely fly. I think I've mentioned it before but they're the forming contractor for McMasters new student residence and they've completely concrete work on that in less than a year, in June when I was on site they were doing footings and now it's topped out.
