Along Palmer they don't have hoarding so you can see into the site, as long as you don't mind some mud.

I took some pictures at the same place today, but I am too unsteady on my feet to get close enough to the fence. I didn't know that you had already posted a picture. Here is a picture taken through the gate at the other end. They finally fixed the sidewalk so it is passable for pedestrians.
