General University Area Updates and Rumours
Someone please explain to me why Waterloo always gets the major regional infrastructure projects. LRT, Transit Yard, Hospital, now an emergency services facility. It makes no sense to have all these services in the north end of the region when a hug part of the regions population is south of Waterloo. Waterloo gets to reap the development fees, taxed and the impact on local economy. Enough already, spread the wealth
