Wow significant downgrade in design in my opinion. Understandable since this is an income geared housing project funded by a non profit. Still a little disappointing. It's really the main floor that is letter this building down, since they got rid of the 3-story "podium" design, I think they should have just carried the white precast with colourful windows all the way down to ground level. The grey brick looks out of place.
