Vive and IN8 truly in a race to the bottom on any respect for the visual appearance of the communities they are building in. As Westardloo said, it doesn't have to break the bank to get a half ways competent designer and design. Only benefit on them sitting on approvals is the potential that someone might buy the land out and try again on the design.
