Yeah it's the empty land where the old district night club was. There isn't anything formally submitted to the city yet but in the Growing Together documents there's a site plan for a 30 and 26 floor tower so I decided to include it.

HIP has agreements in place with the property owners on Walter so their property extends King-Walter now, obviously its just a concept plan at this point in time so it might change but it's at least what HIP is thinking right now.
