Activa submitted a ZBA/OPA recently for the other half of this property (485 Huron). 485 Huron is being divided into two phases, phase 1 already has approval and is the portion of 485 that has frontage on Huron. It is planned to contain Activa's design studio (I'm assuming as a replacement to their existing one). Phase 2 which is subject to the ZBA/OPA is for a 1050 sqm self storage building which will be to the back of the property.
