This kind of reminds of the old Alexandra St elementary school that got converted into condos. I wonder if something similar could be done with the church at 32 Weber St West; I believe they were trying to sell that building a few years ago, and the only real bite they had was someone who wanted to turn it into a nightclub, but the church didn't like that and chose not to sell to them.
