Dam. That is incredibly disappointing. Looks like it will be another blue and grey box. Also looks like the have gone for a mixed use instead of completely commercial, which i guess makes sense, I just wish they hadn't sacrificed the original vision for this. I will be a fine infill project. Nothing that will make heads turn though. Blandness or hideousness seem to be a consistent trait for architecture in the region for the last decade.
