When the developer or City of Cambridge releases the info on this, I guess we'll just have to see what the wider public thinks. Given that it's not planned to be a pair of very high towers, hopefully they won't go full NIMBY and stall it, allowing it to finally add something new and useful to this area of the region.
I can at least say that online comments with the Record and Cambridge Times are not too pleased about it. If it doesn't have parking, then surely it can't be housing!
