Highlights for me:
1. More rental units, that's 2 rental buildings in Cambridge in 1 week.
2. Distinctive design... I can't tell if it's good, but it is bold.
3. "Secure indoor bicycle parking" - Hopefully this is a real deal, not just a soulless afterthought.
4. 1000 sq metres of open space on the top of the parking structure seems quite ambitious and useful.
5. Specifically referring to "affordable" in the plan, whatever that actually means.
