But, big ifs. Real world is different than trials 99/100.
I believe Moderna was also 100% effective against severe outcomes during the trials, it was at least 100% effective at preventing death. When your sample size is small, and doesn't include profoundly immunocompromised people, it's not that hard to get 100%.
