Not sure if I just hadn't noticed it but there are some new pics /info on the site
Also, despite the new lockdown measures, the construction is still going! [attachment=7565]

I have one of slightly higher resolution if you're interested: https://i.imgur.com/CcDx5Bp.jpg
These were all released a while back to the press/other architecture firms. They've all now been posted in this thread at some point or another. And yeah, constriction will still continue. I think the only thing in the stay-at-home/emergency order that impacted construction was a ban on new construction projects, but anything that was already in progress is allowed to continue.

Sad to see "3" isn't "Pocket Park / Access to GO Station". Not only good for residents, but if there is easy access to the Transit Hub, the "Retail & Dining" and "Food Alley" could benefit since there won't be retail at the hub.

Hopefully the helicopter pad nearby doesn't cause trauma to the animals

There will be another community meeting for this development. You can register by contacting the email provided here: https://midtownkw.ca/2021/02/20/station-...n-meeting/
According to this post they are building a community meeting space as well as a public square located around the Kaufman mansion. First I've heard about this but that's good news.

I think this is very responsible and cool
Some pictures of the site plan shown at the community meeting this evening.
This is the first I have seen of a proposed 5th 44-storey tower incorporated into the 10-storey office building. |
