What was the segment of land that Tricap Properties was objecting to having expropriated? The article refers to land adjacent to the Public Square, but unless it's the piece immediately beside the LRT station, on the north side of the tracks, I can't envision where it is.

I'm actually kind of surprised to see a 6-storey development on that side of Park Street. I would have guessed something smaller like 133 Park Street or 55 Wood Street |
