The second tower they refer to in the article is conceptual and is next to that tower closer to Caroline, nothing has been put forward to the city for that one as of yet.

What was the segment of land that Tricap Properties was objecting to having expropriated? The article refers to land adjacent to the Public Square, but unless it's the piece immediately beside the LRT station, on the north side of the tracks, I can't envision where it is.

Seems like 3-4 SFH have been torn down, perhaps there is a thread on this?

According to Musselman Excavating's IG page it will be a 6-storey 63 unit condo building, quite the change

Huge change! I'm actually kind of surprised to see a 6-storey development on that side of Park Street. I would have guessed something smaller like 133 Park Street or 55 Wood Street
