Duke Tower Kitchener | 39 fl | completed
Hahah you get what you pay for. Pure garbage inside and out. IN8 and SRM need to go bankrupt. Bunch of worthless scammers in it for profit.

Worst thing, this building is going to be here for another 50+ years and will need constant upkeep. It's going to turn into a vertical slum, especially since half the units are just rented by Indian kids. Nobody is going to care about the building, want to live in it and the owner will just end up doing the bare minimum.

Great work, Kitchener!

The "owner" is the condo corporation, which is bound by the Condo Act to provide sufficient funding for the reserve fund to support future repairs and maintenance--and those funds will come from the condo fees. So, regardless of who lives in the units, the reserve fund will be there.

And "Kitchener" did not work on this building, IN8 did. Even if there had been architectural oversight, no one could have prevented the developer from installing poor-quality materials.

IN8 shouldn't be allowed to build here. From everything I've learned they are one of the worst developers.

The building on Francis may prove me wrong...I hope it does.
