1700 to 1750 is now going rate for 1 bedrooms in nicer buildings new. 1950 - 2250 for 2bdrms. Sounded crazy a decade ago. How times have changed.

Students are paying 800 to 900 PER ROOM in 2 bedroom units in uni ave.
