Anything that brings people in, all for it. Would a portion of underground parking possibly be for day time grocery store use? I've seen similar set ups in Toronto I believe.

Nice a one car garage too. At 2000sqft I'm a bit surprised some don't have 1.5 or even 2. 1 is still solid.
