I can't imagine the work-from-home trend is helping; they can't get tenants for existing office space, I can't see new space being in any big degree of demand.

I've heard from some folks familiar with bus operations, that the smaller model used by GRT has reliability issues. Not sure if that is the actual factor here.

The seven townhouse units right at the Ottawa/Elmsdale corner have been open for a while; their entrance is actually on a new internal road off Elmsdale, so their addresses are 10 and 20 Palace Street...
