1280 Dundas Street S | 13 fl | Proposed - bravado - 07-07-2025 Just a surprisingly average and tasteful little tower at the south east edge of Cambridge, near the giant new sportsplex and a new school. The documents are suspiciously light on actual details - I wonder if this is just a rezone for future sale or just a project early in the planning stage. Preliminary Site Plan Urban Design Brief Quote:[...] the development of a 13-storey apartment building, containing 88-units with an overall density of 245.8 units per hectare and a total of 124 parking spaces in an underground parking garage and on a surface parking lot. ![]() [size=1] [/size]
RE: 1280 Dundas Street S | 13 fl | Proposed - ZEBuilder - 07-07-2025 This is likely a zone and flip, the group behind this is JC Group which is effectively a holding company owning a ton of commercial property. They haven't built much in terms of residential. If they do build this would be their first apartment building. This particular one seems a little infeasible with 3 levels of underground parking and 13' floor heights, but maybe it can be tweaked.
