This may be in the General Urban Kitchener thread but I found a new record in the Kitchener Application Status Site Plan file.
The applicant is an 11 and 29 storey residential apartment tower with a 4 storey podium with a proposed floor space ratio (FSR) of 8.1. A total of 514 rental apartment units are proposed. A total of 372 parking spaces are provided whereas 330 spaces are required based on the special regulations applicable to the subject lands.

Oh I wasn't sure as the count of buildings, floor height and street address were different. Lower Kitchener was listed as being on Charles and had taller buildings.

When you read the OPA/ZBA files for Lower Kitchener it lists the property as 1001 King St E instead of Charles, it's similar to how we have a thread for 200 Victoria St S yet the address on the OPA/ZBA submission is 97 Park St.
