15 Cedar Street North | 6 fl | Proposed - ac3r - 06-26-2022 Vive Development is proposing a 6 floor residential building at 15 Cedar Street North (currently the disused lot behind Nova Bakery). 35 rental units are proposed within a very slender building. Underground parking is proposed as well as secure bicycle parking. A rooftop patio will provide residents with leisure amenities. No renderings are yet available but I will update this thread when they become publicly available. RE: 15 Cedar Street North | 6 fl | Proposed - ac3r - 06-26-2022 I noticed this plot was for sale many months ago and I wondered what could really be done with it given how narrow the lot is. But I guess they will just do a very narrow but long building - which actually used to be quite common in many architectural trends from tenement buildings, row houses shotgun houses and so on. Since the parking will be underground, I am going to guess the parking access will be right at the front so given the narrowness there won't be any street level activation but for something of this modest size I don't think that's bad.
