The company is planning to move it's local office to a larger space at 165 King St W. The company currently has 20 employees in Waterloo Region, up from 10 a year ago, with plans to grow to 50 but the end of next year.

Perhaps a committed tenant will allow construction to speed up a little bit, especially if Faire's contributing some for leaseholder improvements (which I suspect they must be).

Good article about Meddo (for a while was Teal), a startup that spun off from Miovision and makes software that helps companies align to objectives. Performance reviews, objectives and alignment of folks are minor areas of interest in mine and I'm very curious about this tool, it sounds like it structures things in a way I really appreciate. Also, I'd not heard of Brubacher-Zehr (one of the co-founders) previously but the only way that name could be anymore Waterloo Region would be to squeeze an Eby or Voisin in there somewhere.
