I'm not sure my filter choices persist with the URL, but the tabs at the top allow people to select different age groups to display and one of the indicators is "Heavy Drinking". The maximum time range I could get was 2015-2018, which I don't think is enough to see trends.
This is all self-reported data, and probably most binge-drinking teens would report their use as such so I don't think it's great, but here's the data it has for 12-17:
2015 - 90,600
2016 - 87,900
2017 - 94,300
2018 - 77,100

I don't have one excellent resource, but millennials drinking less is one of those common "things millennials do" that I've seen bandied around. For example: https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2019/04/millennials-sober-sick-of-drinking/586186/
I don't know how well statistics support it, but it definitely seems consistent with what I see amongst my group of friends.

What do you do with a building like that? Perhaps the hotel can buy it and reconfigure the entrance.

Current convention for buildings with castle facades is to turn them into a hot pot establishments. I'm good if that's how this one goes, too.

I want to say that it was kind of a standard issue red brick commercial building, but my memory of it is pretty vague. Wasn’t the storefront a children’s clothing store at one time?

I feel like at any other time the hotel would be the perfect customer. They already surround the property, and I suspect they could use a rennovation to go a little more upmarket (as tech in DTK has picked up and created more demand). But right now, the pandemic has pushed basically every hotel to the brink of bankruptcy, and I seriously doubt they have the money to spend on an acquisition.
