The inside area around the existing heritage structures will remain largely unchanged but will become public space. Both towers are on the outside of the lot. (As per the render at least)

This site is well above grade and looking like a monstrosity. Getting a little worried, though I guess I shouldn't have expected much from HIP. Will try to photograph next time im by.

This is supposed to be Galt's pride and joy...paving the way for a Kitchener-Waterloo-esque flurry of non-stop development!

HIP may not be the best but the plans for this always looked like they had potential. I'm curious how it looks as well.
