Size is perfect for the location.

Some of the glazing is now in. I think it's looking quite good for a rental building!

I have to say I am impressed with this building for the style of construction. I pass by it often and I agree, it is going to look nice !

I do too.  I hope we see more rental buildings pop up that design is actually taken into consideration.  This and the Drewlo project will really help this

Most of the glazing is in now.

That doesn't look too bad. During construction, it was kind of hard to visualize how it would look, as the renders were of fairly low quality. I bet once it's all done and there is some landscaping and grass, it will look pretty decent for being so modest. It still looks a bit "cheap" (like a Drewlo building), but I've seen worse.

Not luxury, but quite respectable, I think. Smile

I am pleasantly surprised too. I watched every level go up and was amazed how fast the precast goes, but still, how would it look. Too bad they didn't go a little higher. I think a few more floors would have been fine in its surroundings.

Agreed.  Sometimes it seems developers will skimp on rental projects but this does look pretty good.  The Weber St. elevation with the large window looks particularly good.  More floors as you said would have been fine considering the demand for rental units.

While not elite, I'd say its pretty good. Curious what the inside will look like

Will there be any retail on the first floor? The large glass windowed area on the first floor looks like it could house some shops, but it may just be the lobby.

Iirc, there is space for one small commercial use on the ground floor. I will go out on a limb and predict that it will be a cafe/coffee shop ...

The tile is being painted ... I was rather surprised by this.
